I placed an order on their website on July 16, 2024, specifying July 19, 2024, as the expected delivery date. The delivery address is in Solana, Cagayan. According to their website, the lead time for delivery to Luzon provinces is 1 to 2 days. However, as of today, July 20, the order has still not been delivered. I made the order well in advance to ensure it arrived on the exact date I requested, and the payment has already been completed. This situation is very disappointing, especially since it was meant to be a birthday surprise. I have been trying to reach them through Messenger, but I have not received any response.
Their products are truly beautiful, which is why I decided to order from them. However, I was disappointed to find that despite setting a specific delivery date, my order was not delivered on time. I wouldnât recommend ordering from them if you need the item for a surprise gift or by a particular date.
